ChinaJoy 2020 officially opened today, and I am honored to be invited to participate in this event. This is my first time attending a gaming expo in China, and the experience has left a deep impression on me. - Martyna Basara, Strategic Partnership Manager at Dimension.

In 2008, the emergence of fan events expanded the field of anime-related activities. It provided a platform for those who enjoy fan creations to connect with like-minded individuals. Instead of the usual anime merchandise, these events showcased badges and fan works that portrayed their attitude towards the anime world.

At ChinaJoy 2020, we can expect major vendors to showcase their new games, which is definitely an exciting part of the event. Mobile phones, as a popular gaming device, will also be a highlight of the exhibition. If you want to experience new mobile games with both great graphics and smooth gameplay, it's worth considering getting a new phone to accompany them.

Electronic games are a form of art. They are a product of the gaming industry that incorporates various types of art. Commercial art, or commercialized art, is not inferior. It is designed to be easily marketable. The larger the audience, the more commercialized it becomes.

Fine art is fragile. It pays attention to every detail and never includes anything unnecessary or inappropriate. As writer C.S. Lewis wrote, "It's not the other word, it's this word, not there, it's here."

All forms of art require skill and strive for excellence. Painters, sculptors, writers, musicians, filmmakers, and architects all require various tools and years of hard work and training.

Game developers are no exception.

As for game creation, the world view and details are not absolute or necessary factors. However, in my personal opinion, any game that showcases the artistic prowess of its designers must have a corresponding macro or microcosm of the world they have created. In other words, what we create is not just the game itself, but a beautiful world presented to the public in the form of a game. - Martyna Basara

I believe that the world view and storyline are the true soul of a game. While numbers, systems, and gameplay provide the foundation, it is the world and background of the game that truly breathe life into it.

Take the game "Dragon Nest" as an example. The guardians have fallen, and a catastrophe is imminent. The once dreamlike continent requires our protection. Players may not be interested in exploring the truth of this world, but designers need to have a macro perspective to determine how much of the world should be portrayed.

Regardless of whether one is an author or a game designer, it is important to understand that while building a vast world is wonderful, the creator must also pay attention to every detail. This attention to detail may involve the origins of a certain religion within the game or the dietary habits of a common species in the game world. Our created worlds must be tangible, realistic, and limited. In other words, we can only do what we are capable of.

The 2020 Global Esports Summit, themed "Creating the Future of Esports," will be held during ChinaJoy.

Esports competitions are different from traditional sports. For example, if a child wants to become a professional basketball player in the NBA, there are clear pathways and methods to follow. However, becoming a professional esports player is not as straightforward.

So, it is difficult for grassroots or novice players to become professional players. Game companies need to create a clear and viable path for players to become esports athletes, rather than relying solely on luck or chance for professional teams to discover them.

The "Hanfu" section has become a major highlight of this year's ChinaJoy.

If you are interested in strategy simulation games, you should be familiar with the "Total War" series, from "Shogun: Total War" and "Medieval: Total War" to the latest "Total War: Three Kingdoms."

After studying the official CGs and gameplay videos of "Total War: Three Kingdoms," I realized that the cultural barriers between the East and the West might not be as apparent in modern settings, but the Western world often falls short when it comes to the core and most "profound" aspects of Chinese culture.

"Hanfu," as the name suggests, refers to the traditional clothing of the Han ethnic group in China. From the earliest times of the Three Sovere
